DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - December 14, 2007) - On October 5, 2007 HoteleGuide, Inc. filed suit in the Dallas County District Court (HoteleGuide, Inc. et al vs. Barry K. Gore, Sr., Chris S. Stark, Sr., E-Guide Services, Inc., FYI Television, Inc., Aaron Starr and North American Cable Equipment (NACE) et al. Cause # 07-11956M-298) alleging various causes of action including Conspiracy, Breach of Contract, Interference with Contractual Relations, Breach of Non-compete/Non-disclosure Agreements.
HoteleGuide claims that Gore, Stark and FYI Television misappropriated HoteleGuide's business plan, contacts, affiliations, contracts, graphics, employees, intellectual property and confidential information to form E-Guide Services and directly compete with HoteleGuide for its existing and potential contracts. Stark and FYI Television acted as HoteleGuide's supplier of base data (programming data) and as such, HoteleGuide claims, gained an unfair advantage because Stark and FYI Television obtained confidential information from HoteleGuide under the guise of being HoteleGuide's supplier.
The suit also includes allegations of Fraud and Breach of Fiduciary Duty against defendant Gore. HoteleGuide additionally claims that Gore, Stark, FYI Television, Starr and NACE intentionally breached or interfered with the "Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure" agreements providing against the complained activities.

OxfordSVI, Inc. Announces Agreement to Distribute HoteleGuide
